The best part of my week day is the school pick up, when Poppy reaches for my hand and pulls me along the path and tells me, "I had SO much fun today, I don't even know what we did!" Other grown ups look forward to drinks on Friday but today, all day - and a big, busy day it was too - I was looking forward to walking away from school, holding my five year old's hand.

A few weeks ago I woke up one morning and I remembered when Jess used to come in for morning cuddles and I tried to remember when the last time was and I couldn't....I wish someone had told me that very last day that it would be the last time...I would have made sure to have an extra long cuddle that day. Time is so precious and it goes far too quick x
