here's princess poppy, almost a year old, in her princess patch party dress! we are looking forward to saturday's special event; a pirates and princesses party at the spit. at almost-one, poppy says mum, mama, mummy, dad, baby, bella, bye bye, bird, fish and star. she signs milk, more, eat/hungry, all done/finished, hi, bye, cuddle, dog, fish, pig, and hi 5! she loves dancing along with ollie on nick jr and loves Hi-5 (especially Nathan) and she watches Madi, who gardens, and Luis, who cooks. there was "no tv for babies" (you remember the song) and there is to be limited tv for toddlers. poppy loves her books, songs and baby bunnies, including little nut brown hare. she climbs up onto the lounge herself and slides down backwards to get off. she has taken her first few steps (last week) and gets bolder every day. she is so tall! so beautiful. so poised. perfect.
